- You should score, which is specified in your letter of your invitation based on the points test this is the main factor you have to achieve the score.
- Competent English at least.
- Nominated or designated by the territory of an Australian government agency.
This is on the basis of permanent visa lets you granted to you and your family members along with this visa.

- Work or study in Australia.
- Grant Medicare health services provided by the government of an Australia.
- Could apply to Australia citizen ship.
