Qualification Criteria
If you are applying for business visa from Pakistan or any other country, you need to show that you will:

  • Invest upto £200,000 in a new UK business.
  • Create full time employment for at least 2 EEA citizens.
  • Work solely in the business.
  • Have sufficient funds to accommodate and maintain yourself until the
  • business is profitable.
  • Have a controlling interest in the business.
  • Take a share of the business’s liabilities
  • Be implementing your own strategic business plan that looks to be thorough and viable.

  • The cash to be put in the UK should be your own and not from any other source. It can be presented in the form of cash and reveal financial commitment and it decision should give you an equivalent or managing interest in the business.

Passport Information

Pakistani, passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the United Kingdom.

UK Business Visa Requirements.
• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining.
• One fully completed, signed and dated application form. All applications should be submitted and paid for online.

• One recent passport size photograph.

• Employment Letter / Confirmation of Employment.
• Please give full details of proposed business visit and stating employer will be financially responsible.
• Letter of invitation from the host company in U.K.
• Evidence of funds: e.g., Recent bank statement (within last 30 days), travelers cheques. (Credit card statements are not acceptable)
